Jump to Bar Support: A scaled Jumping Muscle up beginning with feet flat on the floor and “hanging” under the bar. Jump and pull simultaneously until torso is over the bar and body is supported by extended arms. Start with the bar very low and raise to a challenging but achievable level for each athlete.
