Skill work:
Front rack relay: Hold a dodgeball between your elbows in the front rack position. Can you pass it to your teammate without using your hands?
WOD:
Partner AMRAP in a given amount of time of
Partner A does 5 Air squats, while Partner B does Line hops
Switch places and repeat
Partner B does 5 Med Ball Front squat while Partner A does Mountain climbers
Switch places and repeat
Pass the ball 5x back and forth any way you like and start again
