Muscle Snatch Progression
WODÂ Part 1:
Every 2 minutes for 4 sets 5 Muscle Snatch
*Use weights that are approximately 45-50% of 1RM or build to a 5 RM
 Every 2 minutes for 3 sets:
8 Snatch Grip Deadlifts
WOD part 2:
21-15-9
Handstand Push-ups
L-Pull-ups
Cool Down:
Overhead Tissue Smash (90 seconds each)
