Warm up:

20 sec Squats
20 sec Push ups
20 sec Toes to bar
Skill work:
Push Press Wall drill: Face the wall with arms in press rack position and walk forward until elbows touch the wall. Perform the dip drive (oompa loompa!) with elbows on wall to keep torso upright throughout the movement. Add the press overhead when ready.
WOD:
While your partner runs 200m , complete as many rounds as possible of
5 Kettlebell swings
10 yd Bear crawl
10 Push press
10 yd Bear crawl
Switch places when you partner returns and continue until time is called
