New member Heidi sets to work moving the Atlas stone as easy can be.
As most of you know, Kelly and I do a good bit of traveling teaching about the CrossFit Kids program. Aside from the fitness aspects of what we do,here is a glimpse into what CrossFit Kids is trying to do globally to positively affect the lives of children worldwide.
