Warm up:

3 Rounds or 5 min of

Handstand – roll out –> 5 Dot drills –> 10 yd Roving plank -> 10 yd Lunge walk

Skill work:

Musical Front Squats: Players stand in a circle in their squat stance with pinky toes touching.  While the music plays, players take turns squatting in pairs with “neighbor knees” touching.  If the music stops while a pair of players is in the act of squatting, they move out of the circle and squat by themselves while the music plays.  Continue until only 4 players remain and then start again!

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

10 Lateral hops

5 Front squats

1 Forward roll
