Warm up:
3 Rounds
2 Forward rolls -> Bear crawl 10yds -> Side shuffle 10yds (right) -> Side shuffle 10yds (left) -> Lunge walk 10yds
Skill work:
Bench drill: Hide your toes under a bench and keep your knees behind it as you squat
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of
Partner A: 10 Squats
Partner B: Crab walk 10yds down and back
Switch places and repeat until time runs out.
