Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
Jog 200 M forwards
200 M Backwards
20 Bandy Good Mornings
15 Sit Ups
15 Box Jumps
15 Kettle Bell Swings (light and eye level)
20 Squats
WOD:
Clean and Jerk
1-1-1-1-1
Warm Up well and throw something heavy around
95# (tied PR)
5×10 strict press bamboo bar, 18# KBs; front squats with 35# bar trying to maintain neutral spine and not hyper-extend. Looking forward to the day when I can actually do this kind of WOD.
