3 Position Clean
Perform three reps from each of the following three start positions at each weight percentage before moving up to the next percentage.
Position 1: Pockets
Position 2: Mid thigh/knees
Position 3: Floor
3 reps at 70% of 1RM
3 reps at 80%
3 reps at 85%
