As Many Rounds as Possible at a Warm Up Pace in 7 minutes:
10 Squats——-> Lunge Walk
10 Push Ups——-> Bear Crawl
10 Pull Ups——-> Broad Jumps
10 Sit Ups——> Spiderman Stretch

24:47, almost a minute pr from my previous 5K row. 20 weeks post-op. Slow progress 🙂
