Team WOD – In Teams of 3 complete the following, in rotation, moving simultaneously.
A: Row 50m
B: 5 Pull ups
C: 10 Kettlebell swings
Rotate positions when all 3 teammates have finished their station. Continue AMRAP style until time is called.
