Banded Hip Extension (2 Minutes Each, Pg 329)
Glute Smash and Floss (2 Minutes Each, Pg 300)

Snatch Grip Deadlift

Pause Snatch

For the Pause Snatch you will deadliest the bar to just below the knee for a 2 count, then finish the movement by being super explosive!
