Anterior Compartment Smash upright Variation (2 Min Each, Pg 265)

Floor Press:
Find a 5 Rep Max
Subtract to 70% and perform as many reps as possible for 2 sets
65#x5; 45#x20- very happy there as I haven’t done any bench since May.
