Complete the following exercises or appropriate skill work or scales, not for time and in any rep scheme you choose.
25 Muscle Ups (Bar/ Rings or mix it up)
10 Rope Climbs (If these are easy, try no legs for a few!)
25 Hand Stand Push Ups (Kipping, Strict or deficit)
Subbed kipping ring rows, seated sled pulls and L-sits, and handstand holds.Doing what it takes to get the shoulder stronger.
