Box Jumps
Part 2:
Form teams of 3-4 people and perform the following:
Max Rope Climbs in 4 Min
Rest 1 Min, Each Team Member will have 7 Minutes to find a 2 Rep Max Hang Power Clean
4:11- banded dip bar
team Jill, Vicki, Susan and me- 13 rope climb mods
