About Our Program

Heres a video summing up our first year.

CrossFit Agoge has been a CrossFit Kids Affiliate running classes since May 2008. We have three Certified CrossFit Kids trainers as well as additional staff on hand to help out. Programming for the classes is derived from CrossFit Kids HQ and the CrossFit Kids Journal. For more information about the CrossFit Kids program as a whole, please visit www.crossfitkids.com.

CrossFit Kids classes are for children age 5-16. We have a class for 5-14 year olds, which meets at 5:15 on Monday-Thursday. Our Teen/Advanced class meets at 6pm on the same days.

We are working on developing an earlier class time for the Home School community. If you have interest in this option, please contact us by email at kelly@crossfitagoge.com or call (970) 209-4068.

Heres some basic information about CrossFit Kids from the creators of the program, Jeff and Mikki Martin from CrossFit Brand X.
