CrossFit Kids classes are for children age 3-16. Our preschool class is currently on hold. Let us know if you are interested. We have a class for 5-12 year olds, which meets at 5:15 on Monday-Thursday. Our Teen class meets at 6pm on the same days.
Heres some basic information about CrossFit Kids from the creators of the program, Jeff and Mikki Martin from CrossFit Brand X.
