WOD:

“Chelsea”

Every Minute on the Minute for 30 Minutes perform:

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

If you miss the reps, take the next minute off.  Score by total reps achieved.   If you make all 30 Rounds, this becomes a “Death By” workout, Start adding one rep to each movement and continue until you fail to get all of the Reps in the required minute.
