Warm up:

Alternating Tabata of

Mountain climbers & Jumping jacks

Skill work:

Heel balance push press & Thruster: Stand with your feet half on/half off a plate in the pressing stance.  Perform a Push press/Thruster, focusing on keeping heels down and toes off the floor.

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in given amount of time of

10 Med ball/dodgeball sit ups (5 each)

1o Partner Wall ball

100m Run
