WOD:

In teams of 3-4, complete the following AMRAP in a given amount of time

3 Pull ups

5 Push ups

7 Squats

9 Lateral hops

Complete the workout as a station rotation.  You may not pass your teammate.  A round is complete when all team members are back behind the pull up bar.
