Warm up:

In teams of 3, with one runner and one person at each of 2 cones 15m apart, hold the following positions until the runner gets back to you:

T-Plank, Bottom of the squat, Reverse plank

Skill work:

Heel balance drill

WOD:

12-9-6-3 Deadlifts

3 Knees to elbows between rounds
