WORKOUT OF THE DAY
WARM UP:
AMRAP in 7 min of 8 reps each- Sit Ups, Push Ups, Lunge Mornings (8 each leg), Squats, Pull Ups, PVC Pass Throughs
SKILL:
Overhead Squat Progression (PVC & Barbell)
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes, Rest 3 Minutes Repeat x 3
7 Overhead Squats
5 Yard Sled Push
COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:
Double Under Ladder (5 min)
