General Warm Up

10 kipping Swings 8 Kip to Knee Raise 6 Kip to L TTB 6 Narrow stance Squats 4 single leg squat with supporting foot on the ground each side 4 single leg squat with supporting foot on calf each side pistol squat

WOD:

As Many Reps As Possible in 6 Minutes, rest 2 Minutes and go again one more time of: 5 Toes to Bar 10 Pistols 15 Box Jumps

Weakness Work
