Group Warm Up:
Run 200m forwards
Run 200m backwards
2x through
30 sec of the following:
Squats
Sit-ups
Box jumps
Push-ups
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes of:
7 Burpee Pull Ups
14 Sit Ups
21 Kettle Bell Swings
That broad jump ain’t nothing compared to that stud in the background.
