21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps for time of:
Wall Ball
90′ Sled push between each round of wall ball
Extras:
“Kettle Bell Hell”
5 Rounds of
1 Minute of eye level KB Swings
1 Minute of Plank on elbows
8:28- subbed jumping air squats for WB and GHDs for sled push (all 21-18-15-12-9-6-3). That was the most funnest quad WOD ever :-p
