15 Eye Level KB Swings 

 

Skill:

Dips- 10 sec Ring Support, 5 Negatives, 5 Press Outs (start at bottom of dip)

Kipping Dip

Warm Up DL

21-15-9 Reps for time of:

Dips

Deadlifts

Kettle Bell Swings

 

Skill/Mobility:

Spend 5-10 Minutes Working on Running-

Short Distance Intervals or a Max Effort Longer Distance
