CrossFit Warm Up

Skill:
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Push Jerks

WOD:
7 Rounds
5 Toes to Bar
7 Push Jerks
9 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Skill/Mobility:
Pause Clean pause above  the knee 2 sec then squat clean,  5 sets of 2, 50-60%
Clean High Pulls 4 sets of 5
