6 Hip Extensions

6 Push Ups

6 Squats

6 Pull Ups

6 Dips

Skill:

Kipping Pull Up Progression

Banded Front Rack Stretch (90 sec each)

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Minutes of:

10 Pull Ups

12 Dumbbell Push Press

15 Front Squats (95/ 65)

Cool Down:

Erector Side Smash (90 sec each)

Double Under Ladder 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40 (5 min)
