25 Dumbbell Thrusters
15 Hand Stand Push Ups
5 Bar Muscle Ups
12:25- scaled. 65-55-45-35-25-25-15-5. Russian swings 20#, squats, double unders, push ups, GHDs, DB thrusters 5# both arms, WB letting ball drop 6#, monkey hangs. Felt a little guilty that mine didn’t tan take as long, but I’m moving in the right direction. đŸ™‚
