Steff and I did a WOD at CF en Fuego down here in Tampa today. w/u stretching 3x (10 good morning, 10 OHS, 15 KBS), then 5×50′ Zercher carry @#225/#135, then 6min AMRAP of burpees with a 600m run buy-in – rest 4 min – 6min AMRAP DB snatch (#50/#35) with a 600m row buy-in (so run 600m then as many burpees as possible in the remainder of the 6 minutes). then roll out and stretch afterwards. nice place, nice people, a bit warm!
