20 Bandy Good Mornings
20 GHD Sit Ups
20 Wall Ball
WOD:
Deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5 (The last set should be so hard that your mama feels you crying)
Sumo Stiff Leg Deadlifts (Partner up and lighten the load by 50% and go back to back without rest)
10 reps x 5 sets
DL(5 @ 350) – felt pretty good. SSLDL(175) – not so much.
205#x5 (probably had more but I have a heavy day today); SLSDL 105#- those are the best ever!
275×5, got 295 up, but lost focus and tension. but it felt reasonably easy. SLSDL @135 w Dan S. – big fun on those!
