Take up to three attempts to set a one rep max at each of the following:
Back Squat
Press
Deadlift
Each official attempt must be witnessed by a coach. Take as much time as you need to warm up for each movement, but be aware that this is probably the longest workout that you will see this year as it takes about a full hour. Remember to make smart jumps in weight, be successful and move something heavy!

PR on back squat AND a PR on my deadlift!! Inching closer to the 200
club on that deadlift! (185)…and the press sucked.
