21-15-9 reps for time of:
Deadlift (225/ 155)
Handstand Push Ups
Rest 5 minutes
Then:
5 Sets of 3 reps of snatch, 1 each from “Pockets”, Mid-thigh, and Floor @ 55% with 1 minute of rest between sets.
