Workout of the Day
Partner workout:
While one person runs, the other does the corresponding exercise for the designated number of reps, then rests until the runner gets back. Then, partners switch activities.
1. 400m Run – 10 Kettle Bell Swings
2. 400m Run – 20 Sit-ups
3. 400m Run – 30 Squats
