Mobility Day:
In lieu of the 5k that I had scheduled, I figured that enough of you were significantly sore to warrant some kindness to your muscles:
Warm up as normal
Voodoo Band Calf Mob: (2 Min each, Pg 382)
Lacrosse Ball Knee Gap and Smash (2 Min Each, Pg363)
Posterior Chain Smash and Floss Monkey Bar of Death Variant (2 Min each, Pg349)
Psoas Smash and Floss (2 Min Each, Pg 294)
Banded Elbow Distraction (2 Min Each, Pg 281/2)
Overhead Rib Mob (2 Min Each, Pg 242)

Sled pulls would have been good today!
Actually Pam, sled pulls on the snow are fun (and remarkably easy). We did them last year at the powerlifting cert in Frisco 🙂
Thank you Larry for braving the cold (-4 degrees) and coming to my 6am. It was nice to chat and do some mobility.
