T-Spine Smash Overhead Extension Bias (3 Min/ Pg 238)
WOD:
Complete the Following for Time:
9 Push Press (135/ 95)
1 Knees To Elbows
8 Push Press
2 Knees to Elbows
7 Push Press
3 Knees to Elbows
And so on Completing each round of the sum of ten until
1 Push Press
9 Knees to Elbows.
Tabata airdyne today…hammy needs a little work before I am back. Super fun though :-p
