Must have slept funny or something, really sore neck. Hope to be back tomorrow.
It is hard to believe that today marks my 6 year anniversary with John and Kelly at Agoge. To them I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have experienced/ learned so much, have met some wonderful people and watched so many of them do things that at one to them were “impossible”.
For this year I have 2 goals: To personally move better. I need to refocus on my technical proficiency (not get “lazy” with movements when I get tired). I can’t be held to a lower standard than the wonderful folks I train. My hope is that this translates to my being a better trainer- goal number 2. God has blessed me with a healthy body and mind so now I want to give back. 🙂
