5 Reps x 5 Sets of Banded Knees to Elbows
Partner Up with a very light band and very light tension. Partner will take a knee slightly behind and place band around the ankles of the mover and apply very light tension as the 5 Knees to Elbows are performed.
Foot still out of commission. Substituted sitting dumb bell push press & sit-ups. Score: 20 Arms falling off toward the end. Thank you, John for everything.
