We spend so much time in the gym trying to fix what isn’t going right and telling you what you can do better… let’s take this time to see what is right: Here we have Adam, long arms, flat back, weight in his heels and chest leading the way. The snatch is an incredibly difficult movement, but infinitely more so when you start in a bad position. Thanks for being an example Truitt… in and out of the gym.
