Workout of the Day
In teams complete the following for time. Each team member must complete the designated number of reps of each exercise with assistance from their teammates as needed (except for deadlifts). Runs and deadlifts will be performed as a unit.

10 Ring Pull ups
Run length of room with Heavy Bag
8 partner supported Handstand Push ups
Run length of room with Heavy Bag
6 Skin-the-Cats
Run length of room with Heavy Bag
4 Turkish Getups
Run length of room with Heavy Bag
2 Team Deadlifts
Each team is allotted 2 bars to set at whatever weight you choose. Total up weight lifted by all team members. For every 10 lbs lifted, you can subtract 1 second from your time. (i.e. if 2 people lift 300lbs and 3 people lift 180, total would be 1140. This results in a just under 2 minutes subtracted from total time.)
