Habitat for Humanity Build Day:

CrossFit Agoge will be closed as we will be over at the Habitat for Humanity Build site in Montrose.  Even if you can only make it for 5 Minutes, come on by and bang a nail or move a 2×4 and help us use our fitness in a way that supports Montrose.
