3 Rounds for time:

Partner number 1 Runs 400 M

Partner number 2 performs as Many Rounds as Possible of:

7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/ 55)

6 Handstand Push Ups

5 Jumping Back Squats

Each Partner will run 3 400s.  Score will be total time minus total number of reps completed.
