5-4-3-2-1 Reps of
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
Pass the water balloon around the circle. When it gets back to the beginning, throw the balloon in the air. When it hits the ground run to the mat/bar and do:
Round 1: 5 Squats
Round 2: 5 Push ups
Round 3: 5 Knees ups
Repeat until the balloons run out.
