B2B squats: With a modified tabata timer running, perform squats for the 10 sec intervals. During the 5 sec “rest” phase, hold the bottom of the squat. Remember to be very active in the bottom position.
Plank games with a twist: Line up facing a wall ~20 ft away listen for instructions on what tasks to complete in plank (Touch your nose, wave, T-plank, etc). When the trainer says “run to the wall”, everyone jumps up and runs to the wall. Return to the line and repeat.
