Push up, down, and roll over
In teams of 3-4, complete the following AMRAP:
Team members should line up in plank about 12″ apart. One teammate at a time completes 2 Push ups each. When the last person completes their push ups, he or she will jump up and run around to the other side of the line and resume plank. Repeat until the team has traveled 15m across the floor.
Stand and complete 5 Squats each as a team.
Leap frog back to the beginning and repeat.
