Skill work:
Squats: Give the athlete a target to squat to. Make sure that the target is below parallel if their ability allows.
Warm up:
2 Times Through- 1 Barrel Roll, 2 Lateral Hops, 2 Lunge Steps, Zig Zag Through Cones.
WOD:
AMRAP
2 Squats, 2 Burpees, Run Around Cone.
