Monkey slides: Traverse a stretch of pull up bar using either hand over hand or side shuffle strategy.
Plank hopping relay: Members of a team perform roving plank sequentially on a 10 yd stretch of floor. As each team member reaches the end they must stand and step over their teammates on the way back to the beginning, where they will resume roving plank again.
In teams of 3-4, perform 15-20 sec rotations through the following stations

Rest 30-60 sec between rounds.
