2 Forward Roll, 4 Mountain Climbers, 2 Box Jump, Bunny Hop 10m
Plank Games: Challenge Athletes with things to do while holding plank.
Give Athletes each their own pile of bean bags 3-4 each.
Grab a bean bag and run it to bin at other end of room and run back
2 Push ups, 2 Angry Gorillas, 4 Line Hops.
They are done when they have taken all of their bean bags to the bin.
