Sumo stance -> knees bent -> strong back, aka “Angry Gorilla”
Warm up:
In relay teams of 3, complete: 1 forward roll -> 5yd bear crawl (frog hop, bunny hop, giant steps,etc)
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
3 Air squats -> Frog hop 5yds
3 Push press -> Bunny hop 5 yds
3 Angry Gorillas -> Run 10 yds
