WORKOUT OF THE DAY
WARM UP:
7 Min AMRAP of 6 each: Hanging Knee Raises, Push Ups, Hip Extensions, Squats, Pull Ups, Tuck Jumps
SKILL:
Push Jerk Progression
WOD:
As Many Reps as Possible in 15 Minutes
1 Rope Climb
2 Pull Ups
3 Push Jerks (95/65)
4 Double Unders
Reps will ascend by the number of reps in the first rounds (i.e. 1 goes to 2, 2 goes to 4, 3 goes to 6 etc…)
COOL DOWN:
Banded Elbow Extension
Banded Wrist Distraction
