Sit Ups, Banded GM, Banded Knee Squats, Hip Extension, Lunge Steps, Tuck Jumps

 

SKILL:

Paleo Chair, 2 min

Front Rack Mob, 30 sec each

 

WOD:

Find either a 1, 3, or 5 RM Front Squat
